How to Find and Download Your Certification

Instructions

1. Login to MyRC with your valid credentials.

• Click on Sign In/Register located in the top right-hand corner.

• You will be redirected to the Sign In/Register page.

( A ) If you registered through a regular email address, then enter your username/email address password Password, then click on SIGN IN

( B ) If you originally signed up using a social media account, click on the option you chose before.

NOTE: Use the same method to sign in every time or you will create a second profile that does not have your details or certifications.

• User clicks on “Sign In” to log onto MyRC.  You will now see your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen

2. Once you have logged in, you will be redirected to the My Courses page.

3. Click on My Certifications, which is located under MY PROFILE.

4. You will be redirected to the My Certifications page. 

5. Click on the down arrow, then click on View Details.

6. On the certification details page, you can click on the links to download the desired certificate in pdf format.
